Why 3D Printing?
At Baker Hill we implemented 3D printing into our business x years ago. Since then, we have seen many benefits of additive manufacturing in our manufacturing processes such as reduced manufacturing costs, reduced lead time, and an optimized supply chain. Our printers have revolutionized the way we think about our manufacturing, with the ability to print any tooling, workholding, fixtures, soft jaws, clamps, mounts, or tool organizers from a desktop, we look for printing opportunities all over our shop. We want to bring these benefits to your machine shop!
How does it work?
The printing process is very simple, send us an STL file of your desired part or allow us to design it for you. Then, we hit print and your part will be on its way!

2 Markforged Mark Two (Gen 2) 3D Printers
We own and operate 2 Markforged Mark Two (Gen 2) printers. The Mark Two is a continuous fiber composite 3D printer, capable of printing aluminum-strength parts straight from a desktop

We own and operate a Markforged Metal X printer capable of printing a wide range of materials from stainless steel to copper.
